The first generation of the American Experiment has probably expired its trial parameters and the over-run is probably repeating and compounding errors in the deliberation of social issues.
There is no other topic more important for the American People than the deliberation of the perfect self-government model.
The Three-part Separation Theory that is deployed at all three levels of government is erroneous. The erroneous system causes the partisan activities (political chaos), that trickle down causing the social disorderliness that we endure.
At some point in our American Civics discussions we encounter the argument; "the Constitution is not perfect, but it is better than any other." The problem is that not perfect is not good enough any more. The erroneousness of the system cannot handle the sophisticated diversity that the nation has evolved to.
